The MDSC recognizes the contributions that all family members make to the health, well-being and happiness of people with Down syndrome.

That's why the MDSC hosts a grandparent network that allows grandmothers and grandfathers to connect with each other and share their stories, resources and support services.

The group is organized by grandmother Regina Kando and connects primarily through an online listserv.
